HOW WE WORK

We pride ourselves on being good listeners and enjoy partnering with couples to add our professional touch to their dream wedding day.

Along with fabric swatches of the bride and bridesmaids gowns, it's a good idea to collect a variety of images from bridal magazines and websites and bring them along with you to our initial meeting. On each image, write about what you like or don't like about each arrangement. Both are equally useful. This will leave us with a good idea of what you're after and give an insight on your overall style, colours and flower preferences.

Your first consultation is FREE. However, if you wish for us to work on designing the arrangement during this initial meeting, you may be charged for the consultation which will then be credited against your final wedding flowers order once it's made.

The location of your wedding and reception will influence the number and size of the floral displays, so it's a good idea to have the location established first. A church wedding would more than likely require more and different flowers than what may be needed for a outdoor garden wedding.

We provide you with a written quote within 7 days for your perusal. On acceptance of our quote a 20% booking deposit will be required to secure the date. Cancellation within 3 weeks of the secured date may incur a cancellation fee. Full payment is to be made 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.

Whilst every care will be taken to ensure a good colour match, due to the nature of fresh flowers we're unable to guarantee the perfect shade. In the event of a chosen variety or shade being unavailable or of poor quality the nearest alternative will be used.
